This Yogilates class are an extension of Regular yoga classes are for anyone who's looking to heal their bodies and minds with a holistic approach such as Yoga.
Yoga is for everyone and each body is different, but classes are designed in such a way that you will not find it difficult to include it in your everyday lifestyle.
What will you bring? - You need to bring yourself each weekday along with your 8mm Yoga mat. Be patient with your bodies, and consistent with practices.
Regular classes design:
Breathing exercises - It helps you dealing with everyday ailments and improving lungs capacity.
Pilates- Yes, practices with patience and caution, you'll be guided with basics during the first month, in the end of this 3 month classes, you'll be addicted to yogilates.
Meditation- Works on your spiritual side , and helps your mind to remain calm & active throughout the days. Includes atleast one form of meditation each week.
Relaxation- When practices with conciousness & When combined with Yognidra, helps you achieve your goals. Yog nidra in Yogilates are taken once a week on Saturdays.
