Personal Training for 60 minutes every alternate day.
This training is for beginners, intermidiat as well as for athletes. Ofcourse the intensity and workouts will be different for everyone as per goal requirements.
I can visit your home or can take online classes. I am a professional powerlifter. I participate in competitions. I am certified personal trainer, sports nutritionist and kettle bell lever 1 certified coach. You can reach to your goal with decipline, dedication and with your comments. You will definitely get results if you stick to the program. My training includes 3 days personal training and 2-3 days individual training (will be giving you the training details every week). You need to share the details or video of your individual training once you finish your workout. I will follow up on your weight, fatmoss, inches twice in a week.
We will analyse your weekly performance and change the diet and workouts after seeing positive results.
