A personal science based training program customised to your fitness goals, health. If you are a beginner this program is the best for you. The program will include the beginner level fitness exercise and will include a mix bag of workouts in different sessions, including but not limited:
Strenght training:The workouts will include customised programs to fit in your week based on Push movements (like push-ups), pull movements (like pull-ups), squats, lunges, and hinge movements (think: deadlifts, hip hinges) etc.
HIIT, functional training: This program combines high-intensity interval training methodologies with functional bodybuilding to transform your physique and up your athletic performance.
Stretching, posture correction: Having good posture is about more than looks. It helps you to develop strength, flexibility, and balance in your body. This program will include basic posture correction exercise and stretching exercise.
