Parkour was developed so that you can save yourself at the time of calamity, it was furthur used by military. In easy terms in Parkour we learn how to overcome obstacles, climb, swing, jump safely and train our body and mind.
It is a practical skill that can save yourself or your closed ones.
In this workshop we will learn in detail about how this program can help you and what we will do in classes.
We will also learn basic vaulting skills and some fun test to check your fitness level.
Who can join?
Anyone of age 6 and above (for kids of age 6-12 it is preferable that their parents also join for first time)
What you need?
Wear comfortable clothes, have a mattress and a bed.
Motto of Parkour - to be strong to be useful.
If you are strong than only you can save yourself and others.
