2. Prayer
3. Deep breathing
4. Stretching - Sitting posture
5. Stretching - Standing posture
6. Shavaasana - Relaxation
7. Closing Prayer
This is a basic introduction to Yoga flow. A Yoga flow is a collection of Yoga asanas, pranayama, shatkarmas. Here, I introduce you to 1 or 2 basic flows of Yoga practice that can be done daily. It helps to stretch your body, relax, enjoy the positivity and vibrations one generates while practicing the routine . You will learn simple prayers that benefit oneself and others. You will learn relaxation technique that will calm you down after stretching exercises or asanas.
Please utilise this class to understand what is Yoga, Hatha Yoga and some simple asanas. Learn to focus on your breath and movements. Mainly the relaxation generated out of the simple moves.
Do it joyfully and gently. The purpose is to prepare one's body and mind for the day ahead
