Any kids can join between ages 5 to 12 years
The course has group classes and one to one class available
Only a yoga mat is required.
I am experienced in teaching different forms of yoga. Have taught individuals of all ages from 7-year to 15-year-old Kids.
Different forms of Yoga
- Hatha yoga.
- Ashtanga yoga.
- Bikram yoga.
- Iyengar yoga.
- Kundalini yoga.
- Restorative yoga.
- Yin yoga.
The classes will start on (4/4/2022) 4TH of April
Timings: 6:30 To 7:30 AM
3 Classes a week ( Monday, Wednesday, Friday)
I am a qualified yoga instructor and practitioner since 2016.
With the experience of teaching people with different ailments and goals. I am in love with my journey with yoga.
