We start with simple breathing practice to energise the mind, then move to suryanamaskars, then asanas, alignment will be corrected through out, attention is given to every person so you don't need to worry about the posture. These classes improve the spine flexibility, mobility based practices, we work gradually towards building strength, then we even proceed with some challenging postures to check and relook at the body & mind.
