This yoga school is designed for individuals of all levels, whether you are a beginner who has never tried yoga before or an experienced practitioner looking to deepen your practice.Anyone looking to enhance their physical strength, flexibility, mental clarity, and overall wellness is welcome to join. Class will be tailored to accommodate everyone's individual needs and goals.It's for anyone who wants to improve flexibility, strength, and balance, and cultivate a sense of peace and mental clarity. Specific classes may be aimed at certain groups (e.g.,general fitness, flexibility, prenatal yoga for expecting mothers, therapeutic yoga, yin yoga etc).Students will learn a range of yoga postures focusing on proper alignment and breath control. The class will cover various asanas (poses) that enhance strength, flexibility, and balance. In addition, students will explore meditation and mindfulness techniques for stress reduction and enhanced mental clarity. Students should bring a yoga mat, a water bottle, props like blocks and strap to practice.
