in Steps
First Try for Year that will
=datedif(Date of Birth Cell Address, Current Date Cell Address, "Y")
than Try for Month
=datedif(Date of Birth Cell Address, Current Date Cell Address, "M")
Than Try for Day
=datedif(Date of Birth Cell Address, Current Date Cell Address," D")
Now Marge all three formulas by using And (&) Operator
