Teaching Experience in detail in Elocution classes

i am very passionate about teaching from my graduation time.I have done this teaching since last three years and still continue .I always try put my hundred percent effort for improvement of child.After studying with me you can realize this fact how much become good learner.I believe in hard work and dedication both are required for any successful task.I always give home work after my finishing the class whatever child has learn from me in tutions time,because i know very well proverb said by someone "PRACTICE MAKES A MAN PERFECT".SO if you really want to become perfect in your subject ,you must have daily practice or habits daily learning .Basically my teaching methodology is work on very unique concept my work is not only teach students and finished the syllabus like others do that , but i always keep eyes on every concept or subject whatever i teach him he understand well or not.For checking the understanding concepts I always prefer to take test on every saturday whatever he learn in monday to friday class which is mostly tutors don;t do these things.After completion of test whatever result will come i always share with performance report with parents your child is doing well or not, if he do well i always motivate to do more well and if he not perform well then i tell give more time for practice of that subject in which you could get low marks.In this way a very week students after studying with me one month they can analyse how much he oe she can improve.I never put pressure for studies but i believe in developing interest in subject so that in this way he himself take interest and never feel pressure like others.Lastly I would like to thanks whoever reading my post whether parents or students.
