@Shilpa: Forms are available till 24th september.Filled forms can be submitted on all days(mon-fri) afternoon 2 to 4 till 24th sep.They are closed for dussera hoildays from sep 25th and will be re-opened on oct 10th. I heard from my friend that they will continue the process from oct 10th, you need to clarify this with the school.

@Sura, My kid is also August born, when I went to collect the forms I was informed that the min age limit for Mont-1 is 2.10 but still can give a try.So I have submitted the application, but not so keen.From my experience so far have seen that schools have different criteria, there is no concrete rule as such and they change it every year!!

You are right Alok, life doesn't end at NPS, Today I went to CMR NPS which is again like a NPS franchisee, For Montesori the admissions are on, if I want to admit my son in montesorri, i will have to admit him now. School looked priety descent. so all those with wards aging between 21/2-3.2 can try this school. I m not opting it because they dont provide any pickup facility from my location.

I dont see getting in to this school is difficult if you are ready to pay INR 93,000 with 10-11% increase every year.

Thanks a ton Alok for the information that you shared..very useful...my son will be 3.7 as on June, so not eligible this year..shall keep fingers crossed for next year....but keeping myself open for FABS, Bishop cotton and St.Josephs......any idea about the age limits(max)..... I stay in Chikkabanaswadi.....so what is ur say on CMR and Presidency???? let me know... more»

That's ridiculous, kids born in Oct/Nov/Dec will never get Admission in NPS montessori

Can some one suggest- Should I try for the admission forms or its clear that he will get rejected because of the age - He will be 3years in Oct 2011 and 3 years 7 months in June 2012

@Rupesh - Please don't waste your time and energy behind NPS. Your kid will be eligible to "APPLY" next year only. Admission's still not guaranteed. Unfortunately, that's how the system is. So let's stop cribbing and move on. Our Kids are not going to make or break if they don't go to NPS. Isn't it? @ Millin generally, Bishop is good for Boys and Baldwin... more»

Between CMR and Presidency, I will go for CMR. Have also heard that there's a very good school on Hennu Road - Anveshna.

OK - Here's confirming that your child has to be in the less 3 yrs and 4 months (max) as of 1st June 2012, to be eligible for Mont 1, and for LKG the age limit is between 4 yrs and 4.8 years. My child is born on 20th Dec 2008; so she completes 3 yrs and 5 months as of 1st June 2012; so, she is not going to get into NPS as per the rules.....ooops ! I... more»

When we are supposed to submit the form for admission in Mont for 2012? I got the form on 12'th June, lady who gave the form told that end of oct I can submit the form. Any idea about the exact date when they start accepting the filled form?

Shij, I am considering to move my son to NPS considering the fact that comparatively NPS, Indiranagar is a better school and also it is in the vicinity of reach from my residence. CMR NPS is one of the good schools in the Kalyanagar area where I live. If you are considering admission to CMR NPS please go ahead. There is no point wasting an entire year. more»
