Admissions forms are over for Nursery,LKG,etc .For Std 1 and above they are yet to declare.
Is this correct?Pls clarify someone.

Hi vini, The numbers u have are correct. You are also correct that they dont pick up the calls..... admission forms are not available any more.. i had been on 10th oct and the receptionist with a smile says admissions are over... you find a board outside the school that admissions are closed and principal is not ready to meet any new parent... we... more»

Hi, My daughter's DOB is 12-Aug-2009. On June 1, she will be 2Y 9M 18D only. Will she be eligible for the Montessori this year? She will certainly be over-age next year. On the same lines, will she be eligible for the LKG next year (12 days short in 3Y 10M) or for that she will have to wait for another year? I was told that kids with certain B'days... more»

My daughter's DOB is 12-Aug-2009. On June 1, she will be 2Y 9M 18D only. Will she be eligible for the Montessori this year? She will certainly be over-age next year.

I was told that kids with certain B'days can never get into NPS. Is that right? Does my daughter fall in that category?

NPS is a great school but NPS admissions are not based on merit. Following factors would determine the admission:

1. Annual Income of the parent(s)
2. Designation
3. Part of TCS trustee or not
4. Minister quota
5. how influential are you to fund the school and
so and so forth.

Hi Kala,
Yes, your son is eligible for Mont-1. I was told that 2.10 to 3.4 years is the age range for Mont 1. My daughter is 2.8 next june and 3.8 by June 2013. But for LKG, looks like they require 4+ and upper limit for Mont 1 is 3.4.. I am confused in what category will my kid fall...can someone clarify..

They are not very upcoming on the fee for Mont question - when i asked them the person at the reception said last year it was 98K annual and you can expect 15-20% hike

We were told that if selected we will get a call in Dec 2011. They are not transparent on the criteria, they only said that if selected we will need to pay the fees in 9 days time. The only bar is age of the kid that should be 2 Yrs 11 months Min for Mont. and i guess parents ability to pay.

I just dont know on what basis they are going to shortlist the kids for the nursery admissions..do these kids have any prior records of studies? this is funny. Probably it depends only on your annual income and the age.
