Fitness is all about being functional and efficiently tackling your daily life activities. And you can divide fitness into five components, so thats how you can know if someone tells you, he is fit so that you can check him with these five components -

1- His cardio respiratory endurance
2- His muscular endurance
3- His musculoskeletal Strength
4-His flexibility
5- His ideal body composition.
