I am post graduate in Organic Chemistry and presently working in a MNC. During teaching to my kid & their friends. I realized that their is a lack of fundamental teaching of subjects in schools.Kids & their parents are running to get high scores only, instead of ensuring knowledge & fundamental. I remember, today after 25 years of my schooling, we able to remember so many topics as we learn that based on practical & conceptual understanding. That i would like to promote. I feeling satisfied on teaching and i would like to utilize my free time in constructive activity.Moreover their is a very important role of our moral values on development of a good student to a responsible citizen and son/daughter.Which is now days no where teaching, i would like to encouraging same additionally.As a history, i guided so many kids from Class 6 to 12 and most of them qualified engineering ,medical & other competitive exams and successfully running their professions in reputed organizations.
