"I joined my English class from 1of August 2021, for 2 months classes but sir took only 8 classes in August and in October out of 15 days he took only 3 classes. So this is my waste of time and money. I paid 8000 for 2 months in advance later I told to sir I don't want to continue my class give me my refund so he told me he can't give me return my money. I have to attend class only. I can't attend class because I don't have time, already be wasted my 2 months. He took only 11 classes out of 45 days. So this is a request don't pay in advance. Pay by per day or week. Before joining class please ask me. Don't waste your time and money. This is a request. "

I would like to inform you about few things here. 1. You joined the class on 1st September and not on August, it was clearly mentioned to you that the classes will be for 60 days excluding weekends. 2. You took the class for IELTS in the beginning, l then at the end of September you changed your plan for IELTS, you switched to Spoken English. Then you changed your time from 11am to 5pm, which was hard to adjust but I managed. 3. Last week you mentioned that you have to discontinue due to your sister's wedding and you asked for the refund. 4. If you had your sister's wedding in the upcoming month I am surprised that you didn't know about that neither you mentioned that to me during admission. 6. There were many instances where you skipped the class due to your office timings. 7. Whenever you book classes online. You have to make the payment in advance. That is how things work. No one will take class for free apart from demo class. 8. You made the payment for the class, which you could not attend due to your issues for which you cannot blame others. 9. I clearly mentioned you that whenever you are available, I will take up your class. Even if you come to me after a year, I will still give you your class because it is pending and that's the way it works. 10. Kindly don't put blame on others for your negligence and personal matters here. 11. If you are not serious or keep on switching, it will be difficult for any tutors to handle the schedule.

People come online not to study but for engaging content or entertainment. It's a fact.
If we put little bit of entertainment, little bit of humour, little bit of motivation along with study material of course, then we can achieve what we long for in online classes.
People have misunderstood online with offline structure. They both are 2 different worlds. We need to reframe our stategies or else we will be left behind.
But the irony is that we want change but we don't want to change.
