Now if the player kicks the ball it will start moving, only to slow down because of friction. (This explains the statement of Newton 1st law which in way says if not NET force act on an object, then velocity of the object remains unchanged). 2nd Law: This deals with what happens when NET force acts on the object. Lets consider the football again, as the player strikes the ball (applies force) it changes its velocity means it makes the ball accelerates, now if the another player strikes the ball with twice as much the force of the first player, greater force will produce greater acceleration and if friction is negligible then twice as much force will produce twice the acceleration. 3rd law: Again consider the football match. if while tackling the opponent, you collide with the player, you feel the force, but even your opponent will feels the force. Same goes with walking or running, You /your feet exert a force on the ground and the ground exerts equal and opposite force on you / your feet, hence you move ahead.

Hi, try out few simple things. 1) Revise & understand the concept taught in the classes/college on the same day itself. 2) Solve few lower difficulty & more of higher difficulty problems regarding the same concept after revising it. these two steps will help you in remembering the topic for longer duration & will give you enough confidence to solve problems and you will surely do well in your JEE exam, & do not compare your class exam results with other peoples, just keep improving on your previous performance.
