Welcome to the World of Meditation.
 
There are many methods of Meditation. Given below is a simple but very effective meditation technique:
 
1. Sit in any posture comfortably with spine straight.
2. Keep your whole body relaxed.

3. If any part of your body is not feeling alright, just make little movement to adjust the whole body in a comfortable and relaxed position.
4. You shall keep your hands/fingers at ease and free. Alternatively, you shall keep them in Chin Mudra.
5. Keep your eyes gently closed.
6. Now, slowly bring your awareness and concentration on your Breath.
7. Let the breathing happen by itself. You don’t be a part of breathing activity.
8. Let it happen by itself. You be a simple witness or an observer.
9. While you keep observing your breath, some of your thoughts will distract you from observation.
10. Don’t Worry. Be Happy. It is the nature of your Mind.
11. If you feel any distraction, simply bring your attention back to your breath…You may need to do this many times during the initial days of meditation practice.
12. Continue this for about 15 to 20 Minutes a day.
13. You will feel and experience a positive difference by yourself.
14. Make this practice a part of your daily life.
