I worked as an ESL instructor for Grade 9 & 10 at Habitat School. I was working as a Skill Development Executive for ASAP Alappuzha, Higher Education Department. I hold a post graduation degree from a reputed college under University of Kerala.I also have a B.Ed degree in English I qualified the State Eligibility Test of Kerala.I qualified IELTS with a score of 6.5(overall). I have worked as a skill development Executive for ASAP Pathanamthitta under Kerala Government for two years and eight months, and a guest lecturer in Christian College, Chengannur for a period of 4 months. I have experienced many instances of true teaching from these institutions. For me, Teaching is not merely making "the perfect" more perfect but inspiring the imperfect to overcome his/her weakness and strive forward towards success. For a child, their second home is their school/college and a teacher is his/her second mother/father. Teaching can be a philosophy but its more of a psychological approach of providing motivation.
