At times I am friendly towards student as to know their doubts because being strict all the time may create hesitation towards towards students to convey they question towards the teacher. I use to provide some homework to the students related to what I have tought in the session to make that topic or lesson more clear to the students , any doubt in given homework can be asked in the next class or if necessary students can call and clear their doubts . Test will be conducted every week so that the topic or lesson tought in the current is clear with no doubts . After knowing that the topic is clear to the students then only Iâ??ll move to the next topic . Periodical revision is also required for students that they donâ??t mess up things which have been Tought . More and mor Revision will make that lesson more clear and stored for the long time which is also necessary. I will seat anytime table so that students can go through each and ever topic properly. I believe in learning and writing so that problems which arise and can be cleared hand in hand . I will the students finding their weakest point in studies so that I can make them strong .
