The first picture comes into the mind is an old woman or man is depressed and sitting alone for they have no fun or energy left in their lives and doing yoga or meditation . it is not for me and I will do it after 55 or 60. Spiritual workshop in my way is a game and this game should have no blind folds every participant should have the entire knowledge of the rules and they must be mastered as a player for after the workshop they should not find the spirituality but living with their spirit on their own. Oh yes this the only game in which a players plays alone. For all age but best for_ lost & depressed & low motivational minds. I did not mention the AGE but MINDS. Life Blessed us with the breath.

"I can write an essay based on my experience. First i saw him in a theater performance and got inspired so i asked him for acting classes. He directly refused it when i ask him the reason he expressed if you seriously want a career in acting not for glamour join national school or quit the thought. I accepted as a challenge. I joined an acting institute and learned acting. Then i tried to join national school for consecutive two years with full dedication but could not succeed. I struggled and reached at a state that i had to visit a psychiatrist. Again i contacted him and explained my situation. That was the moment i met a real teacher he immediately asked me to join one of his experimental workshop named living. This workshop worked as the medicine for me. Later I insisted him for acting classes he accepted . During this workshop I realized that what an immense focused and intensively emotional art it was. While learning once i completely forget myself and lost into a character named Gandhari. That was an experience i cannot forget, again i tried for national school and guess the result yes !! I got selected but again my parents did not allow me to spend more time in acting. So later i got married but with no regrets. That's my experience and story. God Bless you sir "

"My english is not good but i am trying. I was in BA first year I took career counselling and one of my friend told me to join the personality development grooming workshop only with sir. I belong to a rural area and I was a hesitating person. Then after the workshop I am able to present myself in public and most important thing is the confidence and believe in myself.
