I have been exposed personally through various phases of the data preparation, presentations , business meets , customer satisfaction and many other related skills. In my working period i took several personal tuition to develop myself . Slowly i have started to share my experience from Arts and Technical field in an organised way and now i am having positive responses. Getting the attention must lead to deliver the customer this is the only skill which is the parent of all professional skills. This cannot be mere dependent on language or your dress style both ends when you have the attention. From here the persona in you takes the lead. you must have been into the banks or have met several insurance agents or sales person ! Yup they attract but you know.

The first picture comes into the mind is an old woman or man is depressed and sitting alone for they have no fun or energy left in their lives and doing yoga or meditation . it is not for me and I will do it after 55 or 60. Spiritual workshop in my way is a game and this game should have no blind folds every participant should have the entire knowledge of the rules and they must be mastered as a player for after the workshop they should not find the spirituality but living with their spirit on their own. Oh yes this the only game in which a players plays alone. For all age but best for_ lost & depressed & low motivational minds. I did not mention the AGE but MINDS. Life Blessed us with the breath.
