Start To Succeed

Today in the age academic supremacy of fetching good marks and being a part of the rat race, devoid of a proper foundation of true education, has sapped out all the sense of excitement of reading, learning and growing from within. I believe teaching is an art in which teachers and students interact and grow together. A true teacher isn’t just a teacher, he or she is a guide, friend, brother who helps to learn something new that one will carry with them throughout their lives and won’t just forget after the finals are over. Education is only genuine when we know how to apply it in the real world and express ourselves through it.
Each student is special. Our job is to make students understand by providing them with an adequate set of examples, case studies or cater them at a level that they would understand. Students should not be discriminated and one needs to have patience so that education does not seem monotonous but exciting and interesting.
An ideal teacher is first a problem solver. Teachers are largely responsible to solve the problems of their pupils, without expecting anything in return. Every student is different from the other and will react differently to situations. They need individual attention. An ideal teacher knows where the students lack and what their requirements are. He/she never fails to comprehend the needs of students and tries his/her level best to fulfill them.
