None capable of teaching unless the learner willing to learn ....I believe we should facilitate learning instead of trying to teach .

How to speak english

Simply by listening & continuous practise in speaking. The act of listening can be manifold , to English news , English songs, watching english movies / tv programs ..using .a dictionary when needed .

Varies , dependent on city & neighbourhood , logistics etc. Rates higher & hourly in metros & major cities , and generally monthly in smaller towns . Hence the details shared by you insufficient to decide .

how to understand English and how to make new structure of sentences

Unless you preparing for some competitive exam, I suggest don't study grammar too much as it may confuse one. Try reading , listening & speaking English as much as you can. Consult a dictionary when you come across a difficult word . When creating a sentence please don't translate from mother tongue.... ...more

The order of words may differ and distort the meaning . Best is to listen, speak & keep evolving. If preparing for an exam, learning grammar is imperative ...in that case pay more attention to subject - verb sync, timeline & preposition . Use the substitution method to make more sentences . Hello all tutors, I have recently started taking Spoken English tuitions at home. Right now I am teaching from the books of an institute which I know. Wanted to find out some good study material for one to one tuitions, something which can have a practice / self study section as well. Would be nice to hear from all you experienced tutors. Thanks in advance.

Design your course using a balance of grammar , vocabulary building & phonetics .Instead of emphasising on nomenclature, practise with the usage .Word power made easy is a good book , but then, you need a lot more referral material to design the complete program.
