First of all, I want to inform you that there is no "specialized book" to learn every basic to the advanced concept of electronics engineering" because you have mentioned electronics engineering. It is a vast topic. It can be broadly classified into electronic device physics and electronic circuits. Again there are several subjects in-circuit parts, namely analogue electronics, digital electronics and network theory. To get a good grip on analogue electronics, you should be well acquainted with network theory.
