I am a Black Belt in JEET KUNE DO. To those who don't know about JKD, It is a form martial art developed by the very famous, a pioneer in the field of martial arts, BRUCE LEE. I am lucky to be fifth generation student of Sifu Lee. And now the Knowledge that I hold needs to be shared for best interests of you.
Martial Arts not only develops your defences but sudden quick and powerful movement s also makes your head focused and trageted. A practiced martial artist will always have a clear picture of any situation and he will always be ready to combat it leathaly or non lethally.
