I have been training myself on Yoga since childhood in iits different forms such as Asana, Pranayam, Mudras etc. I have also participated in many competitions and won medals. For past 5 years, I have been imparting Yoga training to people of different age ranges and of different requirements. The goals to be achieved by regular Yoga practices are various such as general fitness, weight management, pain relief, stress management, protecting oneself from lifestyle related diseases and potential ailments etc. I aim to achieve the specific goals of my individual clients and ensure all round wellbeing encompassing physical, psychological and spiritual.

Along with the training of various exercises, madras and asanas their benefits are explained so that the practitioner can decide which asana/ mudra is useful at a particular moment. I had benefitted a lot in controlling my flexibility and mass gain issue. "
