"I am a mother to a 1 year old. I had a C-section and even after an year, I couldn't do most of my regular exercises. I used to get pain in the C-section area when I tried to do pilates, plank and some stretchings. Then I met Shwetha who is my personal trainer and I've been working out with her for 1 Month. In a very short span of time, the first change I noticed in my body is posture correction. Secondly, I am able to do a plank easily without any pain. The stretching and some exercises that she's told has really done magic on me!! Thirdly, Pilates. which is a nightmare for me, has turned out to be easy these days. I never dreamt of this huge change in a short span of time. And yes, I would love to extend my classes for another month to be even better. "
