I am a mechanical engineer with 18 years of work experience and a Professional Photographer with 10 years of experience. I did my BE from Bengal Engineering College , Shibpore in 1998 in Mechanical Engineering and joined industry. Later in 2004 I went to USA to pursue my Masters in Mechanical Engineering with University Graduate Scholarship. I graduated from University of Cincinnati, Ohio, USA , published a journal paper in International Journal of Heat Tansfer and Fluid Flow. In University of Cincinnati, I was a teaching assistant for Fluid Mechanics class in BS level. I worked in Doosan Hydro Technology in Florida in 2007 and later decided to return home in India. At present I am working in an MNC as Principal Design Engineer. I can teach Physics and Mathematics till Class 12 level and Mechanical Engineering for BE Students.
During my stay in US , I had pursued photography seriously as well and have won numerous International Awards in top contests like IPA (Lucie Awards)(USA) , PX3 (Prix de la Photographie Awards) (France) , Monochrome Awards(USA) , International Photographer of the Year Awards (IPOTY)(USA) , Photographer's Forum (USA) and my photographs have been published in National Geographic (US, UK, Italy), Dodho (Spain) etc.
