"A very experienced and knowledgeable trainer, mentor coach, health counsellor and Doctor. I am taking sessions from few months and had very good sessions and practice with useful health counselling and tips. Few days back I got COVID positive and was suffering from fever and cough. Now I am completely recovered and fine with my health. Because of this COVID my breathing pattern got change and there was unease in my breathing. Then started following daily breathing practices which she had thought us as routine which helped me to correct breathing pattern quickly.
