Hi Fatima. To improve communication skills ( Verbal for your question) one needs to be patient and persistent. Three problems most of the students face while conversing are 1. Hesitation of speaking 2. Lack of suitable words while speaking 3. Difficulty in speaking fluently. Try to create an environment where you can freely speak even if occasionally wrong to remove your hesitation. Develop good vocabulary . When you have sound vocabulary you wont be fumbling for suitable words while speaking. Observe how fluent speakers speak . Try to capture their mouth movements and utterances. This will improve your pronunciation and intonation. To get fluent in any language you need to Speak it more, listen it more and read it more.
