Over my career, I have impacted the professional lives of more than 50,000 students and corporate employees through my training and coaching engagements.
Before transitioning to a full-time training career, I held senior HR and L&D roles at Airtel, Reliance, Future Group, and Varuna Integrated Logistics, among others.
In addition, I served in the Indian Army for 22 years, including a tenure as an Instructor at the National Defence Academy, where I mentored and groomed young leaders. This leadership experience has deeply influenced my coaching philosophy, focusing on discipline, resilience, and continuous learning.
