Hi I am 24 years old Yong Men. I experienced yoga for last 6 years. I'm Yoga teacher sharing my practice and love for Yoga.

Passionate about solving confusions inquire and doubts also Delivering Cooperation with leaner and narrate the differentiation. Correction of proper alignment for every asana and proper breathing patterns. I helped students to become confident, bold and self sufficient as Yogic. I truly believe with consistent spiritual practices. The future is in the hands of the students. "It's been a wonderful experience practising yoga class with Okram Ashok, He is a very professional yoga teacher and very helpful person. Moreover you can clear your doubts with him at the end of the session. I started practising yoga with him in the month of March and it's almost a month now, I can feel the changes in me, I have become more active, more healthy and feels much lighter than before. Moreover I have lost 2 to 3 kg of my weight. Due to this pandemic it is more essential for us to keep ourselves healthy for our lungs and this is one of the best way to do so. Especially the breathing exercises, it improve s your overall air intake into your lungs which improves your lungs health. Lastly but not the least I wish all the very best in his future endeavour. "

"It's been a while I am doing yoga with Okram Ashok Singh. I did yoga in past as well but getting training under him is an excellent experience. When I joined, I was with a very rigid body and was struggling with a negative mindset. But as days are progressing with these yoga classes, I am gaining my positive, and the rigidness of my body is decreasing as well. I am a 91KG guy, my Ideal wait should be 76 around, I am overweight but still, Okram Ashok Singh sir is keeping me positive and keep motivate me that I should not hurry. And I am observing changes in my body and its effects. Well, way to go But I am happy with the way he is keeping watch on gestures and postures while doing yoga. He is simply the best teacher with beautiful attitude. "
