You have to get good at reading the whole passage. Sadly, or by design, skimming and scanning of content for keywords at the first go doesn't work in IELTS.
So the way ahead is to work on increasing both your reading speed and comprehension of the text. Start reading some (any and all, that you can lay your hands on) content. Consume a variety of content, as this will help you in both Speaking & Writing too.
