There is no such thing as ' approprarte'.
IELTS test results always come out exactly on the 13th day from the test day. Normally, in India, tests are conducted on Saturdays. The results come out on the Friday, a week after the next week.
Quite often, students get an sms message quite early in the morning, but at the most, results are received by 11am.
At times, results of some students are held back for scrutiny or internal audit purpose. If this happens, there is no way to assess when the result will come. It could be 10 days or even a month or two.
