Nagarunja, what a question. Mr whoever you are from whereever you are from, in India we have a robust judicial system whereby, taking bribe is a crime and so is accepting bribe. How dare you ask such a preposterous question. And what is UrbanPro doing, allowing such questions to be published.
If I were to use unparliamentary words here, I am sure UrbanPro will reprimand me. But apparently, as far as students are concerned, they can get away with anything and everything.
If anybody tells you he/she will get you a fake IELTS certificate, just let me know the identity. Then, we will see or rather our robust judiciary system will do whtat its supposed to do- uphold the law, in spirit and in action.
