I am a certified IELTS trainer with over 25 years of experience. Honestly, you need to put in a lot of time and dedication. Develop skills on listening, reading, writing and Speaking. Then you have to enrol for the Train the Trainer program conducted by the British council. The details of this program are available on the British council website, register for the pot, and they certify you as a trainer.
