Yes, It is provided in India, but strange it is not provided in America, instead you are asked to listen to the speaker in a room where others are seated as well. My clients were totally takenaback by this new method of listening on the IELTS.

Head phone to do your listening test will be arranged at your seat and you would get enough time to check the headphone if it is working properly and adjust the volume as per your requirement, they will be playing sample questions till the exam begins.

They will also provide you with Pens, pencils, erasers, sharpeners, drinking water( eventhough you can take your's considering your comfort).

You should consider to be yourself reporting atleast 15 minutes before the test to make sure you are pretty relaxed before the exam starts.
