I am a yoga Teacher with 2 Years of Experience, certified as Yoga Instructor from SVYASA Yoga University and Certified Cyclic Meditation Instructor and a Professional Yoga Member at IYA ( Indian Yoga Association ). Yoga, when practiced regularly, have the potential to help you become more mindful so that your life in the present, most of the time, which leads to increased happiness and optimal health and thereby reducing anxiety and stress. Besides this, there are concrete studies which prove that Yoga when practiced regularly can: Help with flexibility, improve your posture, protect your spine and strengthens your lower back. Its amazing for your bone health increase blood flow to all body parts boost immunity, optimizes your hormones, makes you happy, tremendously increase your focus and makes you more productive. Yoga tones your nervous system, helps you sleep deeper, helps detoxify toxins through deep breathing, helps with digestive issues, it also boosts self-esteem, increases confidence, helps you get in touch with your divine self, helps you with your relationships and makes you a better person. I started practicing yoga for my own benefits. Gradually I experienced many benefits at physical and emotional level, I wish my students to understand and get benefits of YOGA, which I experienced and i try to explain my students about the importance of yoga in everyone’s life. I focus on strengthening, aligning, and cleansing the body to release tension and to bring calmness to the mind through breath (pranic level) , movement ( Annamaya level ) , meditation( Manomaya) and relaxation techniques & to increase their overall fitness levels along with developing muscle tone, body strength and flexibility. Finally I encourage my students to always keep a positive attitude and try every asana to the best of their capacity, remembering that no two bodies are the same, and we are not here to compete with each other, rather, we should all be learning from each other.
