In this 1 hour daily session students will learn yogasanas,surya namaskara,Pranayama,Meditation.
Who is this course for ? This Yoga course is for all who are looking for a health and mindfull and blissfull life.
I will be teaching in a very detailed and simple steps that can be easily understood and doable for any age levels.
Aslo i will keep special focus based on the age group and there flexibilty and design the course accordingly.
What will the students learn in this course ?
Students will be learning Yogasanas with different Variations in the postures , Surya Namaskara , Pranayama and Meditation, which
will lead them to a healthy and blissfull life with a positive energy.
Is there anything the students need to bring to the class ?
For Yoga Practice students need to carry a Yoga Mat, Decent Comfortable clothes, Water bottle.
Finally I encourage my students to always keep a positive attitude and try every asana to the best of their capacity, remembering that no two bodies are the same, and we are not here to compete with each other, rather, we should all be learning from each other.
