I would like to introduce myself as Post Graduate in Law (LLM) with specialization in International Law, with a good track of academic qualifications ie. M.A (Human rights & Social Action), Post Graduate Diploma’s in Industrial Relations & Personnel Management, Alternative Dispute Resolution and Post Graduate Diploma in Cyber Laws and Intellectual Property Rights. Having practiced as an Advocate for 7 years and having worked in the post of Law Officer in the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India (ICFAI), a renowned Educational Institution in the Country for more than 2 ½ years, I have gained significant practical knowledge and wide range of legal skills to deal with various types of legal matters / cases. Handling and preparing Intellectual Property Rights matters like preparation patent application etc. I dealt with both civil and criminal cases, Consumer Disputes, Writ Petitions before District Courts / High Court / Central and State Administrative Tribunals respectively. I have also worked as a Law faculty in a highly-reputed and eminent educational institute and have gained immense understanding of the underlying principles of the various law subjects and its relevancy to other domains. I have been teaching law subjects for students at degree and PG Levels for more than 4 years now. I had a consistent and good academic records throughout my education. Have a clear understanding of the underlying principles of the subjects i teach and its relevancy to other domains. Knowledge of various techniques and approaches applied at a research project. A little familiarity with the general administrative environment at educational institutes and idea about their practices.
