"I am in my 8th month of pregnancy, my doctor suggested me to start with prenatal yoga. I luckily found Dr. Indira Padmavath profile on internet. When I contacted her, she spoke very politely and explained me all the benefits of yoga during pregnancy. She came to my home daily in the morning. In the Daily classes, I used to perform breathing techniques which are needed at the time of labor, yoga and meditation. I used her techniques in my labor and I had a normal delivery. I strongly recommend Dr. Indira yoga classes for every pregnant lady. "
