"I had a bad neck pain as well as nasal problem from last few years and I approached many consultants to get rid of problems. Got relief from pain but those are like ongoing issues for me before I met Chandan ( Yoga Tutor ). After 10 classes I got relief from Neck pain and got control on Breathe also reduced anger for small issues. How to control the breathe is the key feature to control the whole body was taught by her. "Much more flexibility , relaxation, toned body structure, agility, endurance .Chandan you take our regime as per the weakness of our body parts and make them stronger. You have patience and calmness. Yoga in different forms with band ,ball ,blocks ,chair , so much variation. It will not allow youngsters to get bored . And relaxation exercises towards the end of session, the pranayamas, meditations, yog nidra ,ending with a soothing Sloka from you. Really look forward to the next session always. A big Thank you."

"My experience with Chandan Ma'am mediation classes are tremendously helpful especially the singing bowl sessions. During this session I always felt the changing of energy vibes within my body and the that resonates through the bowl would calm and easy my body, mind and soul.
