I have taught more than 15 6-10 class students in the last 2 years. I am an IT professional, who also take seminars on Data Analytics. I have some unique models to explain the topics to students. I take home tuitions but, due to the COVID situation, I have discontinued the same. Now I am available online only. I am ready to give 1-week demo classes for interested students.

Since you are from a Recruitment background, you can also find MBA in HR to go for HR management side.
Secondly, if you want to follow the technical path, you can get into SAP HCM, also called SAP HR courses.
Thirdly, you might get into data analytics, as you have a command on how to gather data on recruiters. Still, you should only go towards this path if you are interested in data. Data analytics is not just restricted to HR/recruitment side.
Fourthly, you can enhance your soft skills and make yourself perfect in Powerpoint Presentations as you require to build so many presentations for your recruitment drive( If you are not already an expert in that.)

5(x^2 + y^2 + z^2) = 4(xy +yz+zx)
Break the equation like this:
2((x^2 + y^2 - 2xy) + (x^2 + z^2 - 2xz) + (y^2 + z^2 - 2yz)) + x^2 + y^2 + z^2 = 0
2((x-y)^2 + (x-z)^2 + (y-z)^2) + x^2 + y^2 + z^2 = 0
Since sum of squares are 0 which mean x^2 + y^2 + z^2 is also 0
And since they cannot be negative, and there sum is 0 that means there can be only 1 unique solutions x=y=z=0.
Hence the ratio cannot be determined. as it is 0:0:0. Infact there is no such thing as 0:0:0, hence no ration defined.
