Overview

I take a personal and individualized approach to teaching yoga, influenced by my own experience
as a practitioner -inspired Power Vinyasa Flow yoga. The basis of my teaching
philosophy is that yoga can benefit all body types; if you can breath, you can benefit from yoga.
The base of my classes is a focus on breath, while leading students through a series of asanas.

The sequence and intensity of the class vary in accordance with students’ experience, energy
and prowess. My classes are accessible to beginners, while also challenging for intermediate
students – with individual attention paid to each student.

Hi sandeep,,i dont belive mantras but can suggest you a word. Place your four fingers on your eyes and press your thumb finger on your ear nobso that u cant hera a minute sound and mumb your mouth and start saying OM internally with taking deep breath as u end Om exhale slowly and end Om inahale exhale... ...more

Place your four fingers on your eyes and press your thumb finger on your ear nobso that u cant hera a minute sound and mumb your mouth and start saying OM internally with taking deep breath as u end Om exhale slowly and end Om inahale exhale only form nose and mouth Mumb ..you can feel a elctricity producing between your teeth.as we know our body runs with electricity....do it so for atleast 20 counts of Om and see how you chnage ,,you will feel you gained a new strength with lot of confdence you move...

Yoga can be done by everyone,as you start doing flexibility will adapt by your body.........you can see hang ein 5 -6 sesions class

Hello Rahul, it is good to wear stretchable clothes and 1 size bigger ,and cotton or soft material ....exports wear materials which is sweat absorbable and keeps you cool.

Hi ujwala,bikram ,hatha so on all yogas came out of from our traditional yoga with a chnage of name of formtaions and couple of steam and intake juices ....yes with deit and drinking water and and yoga is good for weight loos

In yoga every asan goes along with exhale and inhale brething process in Rhythm...compare to anyother excercise the power of heal and peace and ater session change you can see in yoga more positivity...
