U need to have programming background andd hve basic idea of SQL programming to write code in HANA Studio , SAP Editor .
U need to know Java Script to be able to write code in Fiori , UI5 .
Programing require logical idea . To have logical idea one doesn't need to have a computer background or IT background .
Even people from Electrical Mechanical or Civil engineering background can also have great logical brains
