Is it necessary to mention the header files in the C programming language?

Yes, header file is necessary in C languages. studio.h header file comes with compiler. (.h ) contains C function declaration and macro definition to share.

Do we need to assign the length of characters to define a string?

char s ; is the size/length of array s & you can put value 0-3.

How do I learn C programming by videos or books?

For theory and practical you need book for basic knowledge and video teaching or teacher is for explain the lesson briefly.
