"My experience with Sachin was amazing. I highly recommend him. His teaching method of yoga asanas is excellent. He not only teaches, he actually connects your mind with your body and soul. I have always completely forgo...tten about the outer world when I learnt yoga from him. He explains each and every important techniques of taking breath and coming in one posture to other, this boosts up your stamina. You don't even feel how easily your body transforms from fat and less energetic to power pack body. His diet regime is also very helpful in reducing weight. Having such a yoga teacher or instructor is a blessing. My body is completely improved after meeting him. I feel more powerful and now I am able to work for 15-16 hour continuously without taking break. I will always be grateful to God that I met him and because of his unconditional efforts, today I got a body which has no disease at all.
