Being part of the same system as the kids today, i have this growing void in me to get back to the fundamental subjects and understand them again. I think this growing feeling has pushed me to help the young kids today to try and understand these subjects and not just solve the problems to pass the exam. This is what i will bring to the table and with over 15 years of corporate exp in a leading IT firm i know the meaning of excellence. I want to build a genuine interest in these students so that when they grow up they look back and realize that it is because they understood these concepts that they were able to make better decisions in life. Today we need kids with genuine interest and passion in the science and mathematics to help drive the innovation and technology needs of tomorrow and this will only happen when the students themselves appreciate the subjects and not be forced to crap to pass exams. I believe this can be done when both the teacher and the student are on board and on the same page. Engineering & R&D needs quality and quality can come only by building a strong fundamental base. Which i hope to do with my students. I have lead teams of 2 to 200 in my corporate career and i know first hand how to handle people of different needs and personalities. I believe that my experience and my passion towards understanding the fundamentals will translate into tangible results on the ground.
