"Being a working professional, I was advised to take the academic IELTS test at short notice and therefore approached Urbanpro. Mr. Walia took the demo class and after a chat, quickly apprised me of the situation. He told me that a crash course would best suit my requirement without burning a hole in my pocket. Through the 15 classes he conducted, he took me through all the sections of the IELTS. He highlighted the weak areas where I needed to pay more attention and time. He was most accommodating to my family commitments and professional commitments as a doctor and was able to give his best during the short time that was available for the classes. I must also mention that he was most respectful and mindful of my age understanding that I have been out of active academics for a long time. In all the classes were very interesting, and I am happy to share that I got an 8.5 average in the very first attempt at the examination.
