Suppose some electricity is flowing through a long straight wire without any insulating coating that gives an electric shock to a person at rest relative to the wire on touching it. Is there a speed with which if the person runs along the wire in the direction of current flowing such that he/she does not experience any shock?

He will not experience any shock because when he moves in the same direction then there is no p.d.
